Your privacy.

This policy explains how Zeniva ("Zeniva") collects and uses your personal data when you use https://zeniva.shop, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Mobile number, to create your account and send one-time sign-in codes.
• Name and delivery address, to deliver your order.
• Order details, such as products, amounts, payment status and payment reference IDs.
• Technical data, such as IP address and browser information in server logs, used for security and abuse prevention.

We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay processes payments directly.

Why we use it

To sign you in, process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data and do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the store, under their own privacy and security obligations: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (account and order database), Vercel (website hosting), our SMS provider (sign-in codes) and courier partners (delivery). We may also disclose data when required by law.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember your bag. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally up to 8 years). Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights, by writing to support@zeniva.shop. Some order records must be retained by law even if you delete your account.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to order data is restricted to your own account, and payment confirmations are verified with Razorpay's signatures. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of breaches as required by law.
