Where we deliver

We currently deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. The total on the payment screen is the full amount you pay; there are no extra charges on delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times

Paid orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch for metro and major cities, and up to 10 business days for remote areas. These are estimates; delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, public holidays or other events beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we share the courier and tracking details on your registered mobile number. You can also check your order status on the My orders page.

Failed deliveries

Please make sure your address and PIN code are correct. If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable after repeated attempts, the parcel may be returned to us; we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund of the product price.

Damaged parcels

If the outer package looks tampered with or damaged, please record it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zeniva.shop. See our Returns & refunds policy.
